At Booster Base, I combine 20+ years of SME leadership (as CEO/COO/founder) with deep, hands-on work in AI. For years I’ve been running my own R&D projects to understand how AI really works in business: not only the tools, but also the limits, risks and organisational impact. I design and deliver AI workshops as an instructor, help management teams build AI literacy, and support them in turning experiments into sustainable daily practice. My focus is AI governance and implementation in real companies: aligning AI use with strategy, processes, people and culture. I know from experience that AI adoption is never just a technology question – it is a management, change and responsibility question. At Booster Base we help SMEs explore, test and govern AI in a way that fits their size, risk profile and resources – from early experiments to long-term operating models.

Co-founded and led a craft microbrewery from idea to a stable local brand. Responsible for overall strategy, operations, product portfolio and sales. Built a loyal customer base, developed and launched multiple beer styles, and managed the full lifecycle from production through marketing to taproom and retail partnerships.

Co-founded and scaled an indie game studio focused on adventure games. Oversaw operations, hiring, project management and partnerships with international publishers. Delivered 10+ adventure titles played by millions of users worldwide, managing teams, budgets and production pipelines end-to-end.

Led the online team delivering digital campaigns for major Hungarian clients. Responsible for campaign strategy, execution and performance across web, email and early social platforms. Coordinated a multidisciplinary team and managed client relationships with key accounts.

Founded and managed a small web development agency during the early 2000s. Built and maintained a portfolio of 100+ clients at peak, delivering websites and online solutions for SMEs and local brands. Handled sales, project management and team leadership while keeping long-term client relationships.
