For the past 5 years I have been working in HR sales, partnering with HR leaders and CEOs to solve challenges around recruitment and employee retention. As a provider of a mental health support platform and a recruitment automation solution, I help companies build teams that are not only complete on paper, but feel well in their everyday work. I work with medium and enterprise clients, where structured processes, quick response and long-term trust are essential. I believe modern HR tools only work well if they are introduced with a people-focused mindset. In my conversations I am not just presenting software, I am focusing on solutions: how to hire more easily, reduce admin, and at the same time support employees’ mental wellbeing.
