Led all aspects of Winterisation project for the Oil, Gas & Sulfur (OGS) division, consisting of three oil, two gas, and two sulfur processing trains. Provided specialized expertise in areas of electrical heat tracing, thermal control, insulation, and steam condensate. Managed multidisciplinary team of 75+ technicians and engineers. Key contributions: ♦ Reorganised Winterisation Department to address serious knowledge and productivity issues. Instituted small teams and provided training/mentoring, which resulted in a 15% reduction in complaints and exceeding of targets by 6% within two months of implementation. Awarded Employee of the Month for these efforts. ♦ Deployed technical design assessments to make electric heat tracing modifications. Designed and led a summer winterization campaign based on issues identified the previous winter.

Oversaw all phases of Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems through to final handover and acceptance. Maintained supporting documentation, SOPs, and manuals. Key contributions: ♦ Supervised contractors, monitored regulatory compliance, and ensured adherence to contract requirements. ♦ Tested and maintained leakage sensors, gas detectors, refrigeration systems, electrical protection equipment, instrumentation-pressure, transmitters, variable speed drives, etc. ♦ Responsible for pre-commissioning and commissioning planning and execution of high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems including power generation and switchgear.

Managed Second Generation expansion project for TengizChevrOil (TCO). Identified and compiled data from relevant systems and isometrics. Supervised team of 40+ craftsmen. Key contribution: ♦ Directed installation of electrical systems, including power supply, UPS, plan equipment, backup generators, HVAC, emergency lighting, power distribution, switchgears, cable tray, etc. ♦ Ensure Construction works are implemented to meet project requirements including site preparation and the control of operations through effective, Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality management. Carry out technical supervision of Contractors during the execution of the Installation and Construction activities and ensure the quality of the works according to the contract requirements. Review the quality of the services provided by Contractors and making recommendations where improvements are identified.

Planned, delivered, and supervised the decommissioning and commissioning of HVAC systems on offshore platform in the Arctic, which included E/I, local PLC control, and servicing of mechanical issues. Strengthened team performance and morale. Key contributions: ♦ Coordinated all maintenance and construction-modification projects in accordance with project specifications, SOPs, and Russian and international codes. ♦ Reviewed Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to develop risk avoidance strategies. Supported HAZOPs and formal risk assessments and participated in incident investigation teams.
