Part of a team of alumni who volunteer their time to better the admission process at Babson College. I conduct Skype and in-person interviews in Hungary on behalf of Babson College to enable students a chance for an interview even if they are not able to travel to the United States for a face-to-face interview.

Part of a three member team tasked with helping students in the field of Operations Management. SPARK Tutor candidates are recommended by professors on a merit basis. Tutoring students further enhanced my understanding of Operations Managements. Being able to teach the subject after having mastered it in the classroom has developed not only my understanding of the subject, but also my skills to mentor and teach.

As part of a Scaling Lean course at Babson College, I had the opportunity to work on-site at AccuRounds with the aim of analyzing, documenting, and improving existing warehousing and logistics practices. My area of focus was the streamlining of in-bound and out-bound inventory and stock. AccuRounds (Established in 1976) has earned the prestigious Shingo Prize Northeast Region Silver Medallion in 2006. Quality and continuous improvement is truly part of the company's DNA. AccuRounds manufactures for a wide-range of applications, such as for aviation or military. Out of respect for CEOs willingness to be completely transparent and welcoming towards college students and entrusting us with critical information, this description is kept as vague as possible. Being able to work with AccuRounds for several months gave me valuable insight into how the lean methodologies can be used and applied outside the classroom / lecture hall.
