Driving data mining and Business intelligence to support all decision-making processes. - Lead efforts to mature Technology Systems for PA Operations (Farming, Hatchery, Processing) with a key focus in automation. - Will stablish extended Value Chain integration (EDI processes with suppliers and customers). - Stablish a Total Quality Management system approach wile deploying a continuous improvement culture across the company to reach World Class Quality practices and standards. - Ensure Certifications continuity and develop an ROI mindset will meeting all applicable regulations. - Develop and lead organizational Environmental and Sustainability goals.

Responsible for Managing Purchasing, Warehousing, Customer Care and Logistics teams, developing word class processes that support the companies Goals and Strategic Strategies.

• Responsible for overseeing the tactical purchasing activities of raw materials to support the companies production plans and service level goals. • Monitors the utilization of ERP and MRP signals to achieve the alignment of the purchased materials to the production plans. • Responsible for the proper management and introduction of product launches, product transfers, engineering changes and all other product modifications from the supply perspective. • Responsible for managing plant level Inventory Turn goals, as well as developing Excess and Obsolete plans to improve the utilization of the company resources. • When required support supplier development activities both for raw materials and MRO suppliers. • Leads the MRO purchasing group overseeing the proper adherence to company Ethics and Best Practices policies with regards on expenditure. • Provides feedback and expert advise to the definition of purchasing controls and regulations on local expense. • Oversees the local quoting and biding processes.

• Responsible for leading the planning strategies for successfully launching and transferring new products to Schlage’s Ensenada facility. • Responsible for developing the Supply Chain for a successful introduction support. Establishing with the suppliers an inventory strategy based on forecast understanding and interpretation of the scope of each program. Supplier development including World Wide supply coming from China, Japan, Italy, India, and other world regions. Achieved over 15% in cost efficiency while improving service and reducing LT.
