With over 12 years of experience in private equity and startup investing, I am a General Partner at Siena Secondary Fund, where we provide liquidity for early investors, founders and employees of high growth startups from the Nordics and CEE region. I am passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and innovators who are disrupting their industries and creating positive impact. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in law, fiction writing, and advising on mergers and acquisitions. At Siena Secondary Fund, we target companies that are usually post series A, have solid business models and are still in high growth phase. I leverage my skills in M&A, private equity, and bank mergers to evaluate, negotiate, and execute secondary transactions. I also manage direct and indirect positions in more than 500 startups through Siena Capital, a private vehicle that I co-founded in 2014. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges in the dynamic and competitive landscape of technology and innovation.
