- Supported R&D projects for coconut-based and powder-based products (non-dairy creamer, whipping cream, ice cream, 3in1 premix beverage). - Operated and maintained mini spray dryer (5kg capacity) and homogenizer machinery. - Evaluated and classified raw materials (stabilizers, emulsifiers, flavors, oils). - Collaborated with QA/QC team for microbiological testing, quality issues and internal audits. - Participated in supplier meetings and assisted with product development trials. - Attended training on GMP, HACCP, allergen awareness, halal and food handling - Keeping r&d lab documentation and testing updated.

During my 6-month internship at F&N Dairies Malaysia, I was immersed in the research and development of innovative dairy products. I played a key role in conducting and managing a large number of samples across multiple projects concurrently, focusing on products' keeping quality and sensory tests (triangle, preference, and acceptance tests) to ensure product quality and consumer satisfaction. Additionally, I supported sensory tests at F&N Beverages to assist their R&D team, contributing to the development of new products. My work involved a deep understanding of the products, where I consistently evaluated and monitored their quality to ensure they met the highest standards. I am honored to have been part of F&N Dairies Malaysia, a company that provided an excellent foundation for my career journey.
