• Lead and manage the overall maintenance and production activities of the plant. • Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and to the highest quality standards. • Monitor and control production and maintenance costs, budgets, and expenses to maximize operational efficiency and profitability. • Checks the availability of raw and packing materials. • Consider delivery schedules for shortfall items or items required urgently. • Ensure resolving technical malfunction of factory machines that disrupts production processes and report it to factory manager. • Prepare malfunction reports and breakdown timings, implement corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans for various factory machinery. • Suggest machinery modifications ideas if needed and implement if approved. • Design and execute the electric power systems and control panels for different purposes. • Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery malfunctions, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtimes. • Responsible for preparing manpower allocation plan in different work shifts and assigning work orders according to the business need.

• Performs the PM periodically to Increase machine lifetime and decrease breakdowns. • Control maintenance costs to ensure meeting the yearly budget. • Keeps monthly update PLC -HMI and SCADA programs to maintain sustainability. • Ensures the availability of spare parts with the proper quality and quantity in stock. • Follows up the preventive maintenance orders and records them on the system. • Makes orders of spare parts needed in maintenance to secure spare parts stock. • Monitors the performance of plant and equipment to ensure that their manufacture, operation, and maintenance comply with design specifications and contractual agreements. • Ensures that all documentation and procedures are provided by suppliers and contractors when receiving new plant and equipment. • Follows up and contributes to installing and commissioning new machines. • Conducts meetings with maintenance technicians to review maintenance work. • keeps monthly updates on electrical wiring, instrument data, and parameters to be available on the field. • Develops preventive maintenance schedules for plant, machinery, and equipment to ensure that these continue to operate at optimum levels.
