• Prepares and checks the Bills of Quantities as required. • Prepares material and subcontract enquiries. • Liaises with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that comprehensive and consistent quotations are received. • Produces cost estimates for specific parts of the works. • Produces proposals regarding work methods and equipment to be used including scheduling. • Co-ordinates with other departments in obtaining specialist advice and input into the discipline related sections of the estimate as required. • Assists estimators in timely completion of cost estimates as required. • Thorough evaluation of Tender Documents and clear understanding of Scope of Works. • Assists the Tendering Supervisor in the compilation of the technical submittals. • Assists the Lead Planner in the preparation of the tender schedule. • Writing Tender responses and preparation of queries to Clients for any ambiguity or missing information in the tender documents. • Calculation of quantities/scheduling & planning/preparing financial costing for the proposal using in-house software. • Prepare requests for quotations to Subcontractors for various items required for the works. • Circulate key documents to bid team. Organize and follow up ongoing tender exercises and relevant documentation. • Prepare presentations and participate in pre-bid site visits • Performs any other related duties as assigned.

• Lead request for information, quotation, proposal, and bidding processes. • Lead supplier selection processes in co-ordination with supplier quality teams and management. • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, and lead the contracting process. • Purchasing of chemicals & equipment in water treatment fields from local supplier and searching for a new supplier inside and outside Saudi Arabia). • Have a good idea about the chemicals and equipment’s market inside Saudi Arabia. Knowing most of suppliers, competitors, manufacturer, and prices in the market in water treatment field. • Making Quotations, tenders and Pricing to all sales stuff Inquiry for specialty & commodity chemicals & water treatment equipment (Pumps, tanks, membranes, softeners & filters). • Making a complete Proposal (Technical & Commercial) to RO plants (Design of the process, choosing RO skid, membranes, sand filters, cartridge filters, Chemical Dosing systems, feed & high pressure pumps for Brackish & sea water RO plants • Take training in TEMAK (a well known Greek company) in Greece on Designing RO plants using ROSA Software (Dow Chemical’s) & Gensyis Master Membrane software, & how to make a complete offer to the customer.

• Making Pre- commissioning and commissioning in process area. • Making dry out for pipe line, vessels, heat exchangers, tanks & all equipments. • Making hydro test for pipe lines. • Following all operation duties in field & DCS.

• For control room: adjust operational set points as required by field personnel, advise process technicians of process trends , maintain sea water pipeline at optimal water delivery to the process plant, be fully knowledgeable of all activities for start up and shut down of all circuits. • For grinding circuit: lining, commissioning & operation of SAG & ball mills, Operation of pumps on the grinding circuit, Box level and pump speed (manual& automatic). • For CIL circuit : Maintain HCN monitor correctly calibrated, Perform regular checks for carbon concentration, pH readings and adjust lime addition, and optimise cyanide addition for best leaching performance. • For tailing circuit: operate thickener – bed mass, bed level, % solids (feed & discharge), optimise floaculent addition to thickener, • For crushing Circuit: Operate crushing circuit to obtain optimal particle breakage, Check and adjust crusher gap as required, maintain the stock pile at its maximum capacity, mix the required ores to obtain the required blend, Check oil levels, gearbox, conveyors, head drums and perform pre-start checks.
