•Assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best prices according to required specifications •Identifying client needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable purchasing solutions •Negotiating with clients regarding market conditions, prices, and legal requirements •Conducting comparative market analysis to estimate property values •Marketing and presenting properties to potential buyers •Preparing required documentation (contracts and official papers) •Maintaining and updating property listings •Designing advertisements and promotional content to effectively target potential clients
