In this assignment she was working as a Test Manager with resources located in a different shore and she had the opportunity to continue developing her management skills based on the following responsibilities: In charge of estimates/forecasts/allocations for all team members. Perform analysis to define scope required from our team. Ensure all test plans, scripts, requirements traceability and scripts prioritization are completed based on timelines and sent to project teams for proper approval.
