- Revamped the hiring strategy for CustomerGlu and built processes from scratch to align hiring managers and increase speed and efficiency of hiring along with devising a new onboarding plan. - Collaborated with Marketing and Growth teams to develop new customer acquisition channels. Podcasts, networking events, case studies, gamification kits etc. - Managed govt. and audit compliances, Cost MIS, P&L and investor updates for CustomerGlu alongside all HR initiatives including inventory, payroll, conversions, onboardings and exits. - Developed and executed Customer Led Growth Initiatives like Product Hunt Campaign (#2 Product of the Day) which led to a huge jump in top of the funnel leads and customer review initiatives which led to CustomerGlu to be a high performer for 2 quarters consecutively.

- Recruited from 5 top colleges from Delhi and Bangalore across multiple roles and levels. - Operations Hiring : Scaled the team from 100 folks to 153 folks in the past two quarters. - Grew the Supply Operations team almost 5X from 3 folks to 14 folks in total. - Handled end to end EU and APAC hiring for GM, BGM and BDM level roles encompassing intro calls, background checks and reference checks. - Worked closely with the Hiring Managers on improving speed and quality of all job pipelines through different ways. - Assisted in revamping the onboarding for every new joinee and have figured out ways to make the pre-boarding more smoother and interesting for the employees with regular buddy connect and getting them excited about their role before joining.. - Handled inventory, payroll, conversions, onboardings and exits for all employees
