Responsible for driving corporate fundraising efforts in alignment with strategic goals, with a focus on identifying new funding opportunities and building sustainable partnerships.

• Conduct in-depth research to identify key trends, new business opportunities, Leading the capture research and proposal management process involving EOls, RFls, ToRs, RFTOPS, RFQS, Concept Notes, and RFPs. • Spearheading efforts to formulate strategies to diversity MSC's donor base for USAID, MCC & FCDO while working on proposals for other donors and multilateral like the World Bank, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, UNDP, UNCDF, Niti Aayog, Various Indian Ministries, Non-Profits and Asian Development Bank, GIZ, AGRA, AFDB. • Responsible for preparing credentials related to organizational capacity, short profiles, CVs, partnering requirements, and financial documents for proposal development. • Overseeing the onboarding process for partners, negotiations and contract discussions, entailing the development of teaming agreements, scopes of work, NDAs, TAs, and LOAs, and actively collaborating with partners to ensure the prompt submission of technical and cost proposals. • Assisting and coordinating with technical teams in drafting proposal sections to ensure Colour Team reviews are done as per the designed Proposal Submission Schedule (PSS). • Responsible for maintaining a repository of proposals and preparing quarterly BD reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, and database tools.
