I am an experienced Risk and Audit professional with deep expertise of transforming organisations from basic to advanced levels of controls and assurance, cutting across various sectors such as Retail, Consumer Products, Textiles, E-commerce and Pharma. I have a demonstrated history of strengthening internal controls, improving processes through Re-engineering, RPA, Business Data Analytics and Cost Optimisation during 14+ years of professional career. I have supported in Business Development and Solutions Building at EY. At PDS, I have been instrumental in setting up the Internal Audit and Risk function with the purpose of creating of Risk Culture in the organisation. I am humbled to be a CA All India Ranker in PE I and have gathered several feathers in my cap during my stints. I propagate team work and culture of continuous learning as a way of life. I have inspired my teams to think out of the box and improve their skills during project implementations. Almost all of my clients and key stakeholders have appreciated my management and leading skills. I have a rapport of leading with empathy, respect and agility. I am also pleased to mention that I regularly participate and contribute towards industry community. I was also a SPOC for building knowledge material for Retail Industry at EY.
