I am an International Medical Graduate (MD) currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at Long Island University–Brooklyn, with hands-on U.S. healthcare experience as a Healthcare Assistant at an ENT clinic in New York City. In my current role, I support clinical operations, including patient intake, EMR/EHR documentation, care coordination, scheduling, referrals, and patient education, gaining practical insight into outpatient healthcare delivery and patient-centered care.
