• Achieve assigned product/solution lines sales targets by working closely with other members of demand generation team • Design and implementation of network and system security architecture in line with information security standards and client’s requirements. • Delivering product/solution presentations and demos that shows the value proposition to customers; both technical and business audience. • Work closely with Account Managers to position the right solutions to clients - helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. • Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the cyber security product offerings, working closely with the account managers and clients. • Identify and understand customer need, proactively provide solutions to avoid issues and accelerate clients’ ability to achieve results • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. • Managing vendors (OEMs) relationship- and analysing potential partners’/OEM relationships for solution adoption.

Deployment of various security solutions such as Endpoint Security, Firewall, Data Loss Prevention, Database Security and configuration of security policies to ensure optimum protection of top organizations. Evaluation of new security technologies and justification of technical recommendations for client which also involved PoCs. Troubleshooting and resolution of security challenges experienced by clients on supported security technologies in compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Periodic maintenance and assessment of clients’ security infrastructure and proffering of technical recommendations. Anchored trainings and workshops for end-users and security administrators to bridge knowledge gap.

Implementation and deployment of McAfee Security Products: e-Policy Orchestrator, Virus Scan Enterprise, Endpoint Security, Drive Encryption, File and Removable Media Protection, Device Control. Implementation and integration of new enhancements made to existing security solutions. Provided on-call, remote and physical support to customers facing security and system-related issues. Carried out periodical health check analysis on customer's security infrastructure. Prepared documentations related to product configuration, health check analysis and solution implementation.
