- Handle direct material (Electronic Part, Mechanical Part, Packaging) - Analyze of purchase order execution processes thru SAP MRP and rescheduling with suppliers to minimize inventory levels. - Monitoring inventory to meet customer delivery - Monitoring full kit material for on time production build - Lead to purchase and control NPI and Mass production. - Perform high level negotiations with the strategy supplier. - Collaborate with shipping team for best shipment mode - Collaborate with strategy commodity team for material assurance. - Participate in an effective cost improvement and saving, and quarterly cost reduction plan. - Collaborates with supply quality engineer for IQC defect, RTV, and handle vendor invoice discrepancy matter.

I am Joining with OSI Electronics as a Purchaser, my duties and responsibilities to purchase of project material (Direct Material), Analyze MPR worksheet with RDS system by comparing demand VS supply, Process MRP and release PO every week (Local and Oversea) with comparing due date the component, pricing, Leadtime, and stock availability. Rescheduling and monitoring open order.

I've multiple responsible in PT WORN2WIN as Production which preparing material, stock control and document for team production until dispatching the product to client, and as HR which responsible for all employee data and document include payroll, tax, and overtime, as Secretary which responsible for assisting manager and preparing anything that necessary for Management Division and Production.
