Started by aggregating summer job listings from across the web into one place, making it easier for students to find and apply for opportunities. Grown to 400+ student accounts and 5,000+ visitors. Now building structured student profiles to replace the PDF CV: verifiable skills, course-linked competencies, and live GitHub data. Conducted 20+ recruiter interviews to understand what actually matters in student hiring. Responsible for product strategy, recruiter research, marketing and development.

The program also trains communication, collaboration and project management in interdisciplinary teams, making students ready to contribute effectively in both technical and complex work environments.

The program provides students with a strong foundation in business administration, economics and statistics, with a focus on being able to analyze and solve complex economic problems in real-world situations. Students develop skills in strategic thinking, financial analysis, leadership and decision-making, as well as the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
