Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end IT infrastructure operations in a mission-critical fintech environment, including: Leadership & Management: Managing multiple unit managers (DevOps, Databases, Systems, Network & Security, NOC & Monitoring & Operations, Helpdesk) and driving cross-functional collaboration. DevOps & Automation: Ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and operational efficiency. Systems Administration: Unix/Linux, Microsoft Windows & Active Directory, Microsoft 365 systems. Storage & Virtualization: SAN, storage platforms, and virtualization technologies. Database Management: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MongoDB and related systems. Middleware & Applications: Supporting high-availability financial applications. Messaging & Collaboration Systems. Network & Security Management: Designing and operating secure, resilient financial infrastructures. Voice & Communication Infrastructure. Helpdesk, Operations & Monitoring Teams: Driving service excellence, 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, and end-user support. Core Financial Systems: Responsible for card payment systems, VPOS operations, and other core transaction platforms. Delivering high availability, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience to support critical financial services. Ensuring the execution of card operations in full compliance with PCI-DSS, BDDK regulations, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, KVKK/GDPR, and other relevant financial security standards.

• Managing infrastructure teams including Linux Engineer, Windows Engineer, Oracle DB Engineer and IT Specialists team of Asseco SEE Group Company, Payten and Paratika Brands. • Managing, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and cost saving for Asseco SEE Group Company, Payten and Paratika Brands. • Providing company's compliance with the standards and regulations such as PCI-DSS, PA-DSS, PCI-3DS and BDDK. • Managing 3 Datacenters at Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara. • Ensuring Business Continuity • Managing and running 24/7 operation of critical web and core servers of 30 Banks. • Managing 100 physical servers, 1000 virtual Linux & Windows Servers, Cloud Services, High Level Storage (active-active) - Backup Infrastructure and 200 micro services for now.

• Providing Core Banking Infrastructure Administration and support for all Linux Environment(approximately 500 linux servers), Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) & Oracle Cloud at Customer (OCC), storages & SAN Environment, backup Environment • Managing, budgeting, cost saving, resource planning, forecasting for DC & DRC Infrastructure

Core works; System Administration (mainly VMware), Storage Systems Administration (NetApp Metro Cluster), HP Servers and Blade Systems, Backup / monitoring systems (TSM, Veeam, Solarwinds), and included business continuity projects, upgrading works. Some Project Points (Business Continuity & Installation &Upgrading Projects) ; Windows & Linux Server, Virtualization (mainly VMware), Active Directory & Exchange, Symantec Messaging Gateway (Brightmail), Cloud (Azure), Firewall (Palo Alto, Check Point), Endpoint protection(Symantec), Log management, Storage Systems (IBM,HPE), HP Servers and Blade Systems, Backup (Backup Exec)
