• Secured our first multinational project with Falabella (one of Latin America’s biggest retailers). • Led the development of a multinational expansion strategy for Falabella’s LGBTQ+ affinity group as the Project Manager. • Conducted interviews with Falabella’s employees to gather more insight on their acceptance of the new strategy. • Designed and administered an employee survey among members of Falabella’s LGBTQ+ employee group. • Presented strategy to Falabella’s General Counsel as well as employees in charge of implementing the strategy. • Developed and led the recruiting, onboarding process, and training for the 1st cohort of consultants (12 consultants).

The Associated Students (AS) is the student government of Santa Monica College (SMC). • Represented a student body of over 30,000 students, oversaw a $1.3M budget, and managed a team of 15 Directors. • Chaired Board meetings, held town hall meetings, reported monthly to the Board of Trustees, co-chaired the Finance Committee. • Launched the very first “A.S. They showcase the excellence of Santa Monica College to the community and are role models of professionalism, hospitality, character, and SMC Pride. As a President's Ambassador (PA) I volunteered for a variety of campus and community events, in which I served as a guide for new students during the first weeks of school, as well as a greeter and guide for notable alumni that visited campus. During my time as a PA I completed over 80 hours of community service.
