I am driven by a mission to shape a digital infrastructure that is not only efficient and scalable—but also sustainable, inclusive, and resilient. With over 20 years of international experience across Europe, the US, and Asia, I’ve led teams in critical environments, driven strategic expansion, and built ecosystems that connect innovation with impact. My journey has taken me from global executive roles in facility and data center management to shaping policy and industry transformation at the European level. Today, I serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Swedish Data Center Industry and Vice President of the Board of the European Data Centre Association as well as Innovation and Business Executive at RISE, Data Center Systems - one of the world’s most advanced testbeds for digital infrastructure - we collaborate with global tech leaders to accelerate innovation in energy efficiency, AI, and sustainable design. My personal mission is to ensure that the digital backbone of our society is built with foresight, responsibility, and collaboration. I believe that trust, transparency, and bold thinking are the foundations of meaningful leadership.
