As part of the Sustainability team, I play a hands‑on role in sustainability reporting, environmental impact analysis, and data‑driven research initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting sustainability reporting initiatives, including data collection, validation, and the preparation of internal and external sustainability disclosures. - Performing Excel‑based data analysis related to environmental and sustainability metrics, including working with large datasets to identify trends and insights. - Assisting with environmental impact reporting, including drafting written content and supporting documentation for sustainability reports and customer‑facing materials. - Conducting customer and market research related to sustainability programs, expectations, and reporting requirements. - Collaborating closely with the sustainability team and cross‑functional partners to support ongoing sustainability initiatives and operational priorities.

• Support the implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy, with a strong and focused emphasis on social topics such as diversity and inclusion, equity, human rights, health, and well-being; • Actively collaborate on and manage cross-functional projects in strategic areas such as innovation, sustainable product development, organizational culture, ESG risk management, and customer experience enhancement; • Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engagement initiatives, strengthening internal culture and the Sustainability area’s strategic communication; • Continuously monitor sustainability trends, relevant regulations, and best practices—particularly in the insurance and healthcare sectors—to identify opportunities and risks; • Contribute significantly to the preparation of sustainability reports, in-depth assessments, and strategic materials, ensuring transparency and the quality of information.

- Governance Model Design and Implementation: Gained experience supporting the design and implementation of governance models aligned with national and international best practices and regulatory requirements, using data and strategic analysis to support decision-making. - Performance Monitoring: Conducted continuous monitoring and evaluation of governance initiatives through weekly client meetings, implementing strategic adjustments as needed. Developed and updated management reports to track the progress of implemented practices, focusing on maximizing client retention. - ESG Maturity Progress: Identified opportunities to improve ESG maturity through stakeholder engagement and identification of trends and best practices by developing benchmarking and roadmaps in consulting projects, as well as through data collection and analysis and process mapping at Corporate Governance Institute. - ESG Data Management and Analysis: Strong experience in ESG data management and analysis, including the development of high-complexity annual technical reports on ESG with a focus on Corporate Governance and Risk Management. Responsible for data collection and ESG maturity diagnostics for companies, sectors, and segments of B3. - Project Leadership: Led an ESG-focused project targeting banks and insurance companies — the Capital Markets Study. I structured and prioritized key activities to ensure the project’s success. Due to its strong reception, I led a follow-up initiative the next year: a high-level ESG Roundtable for leaders and stakeholders from various financial institutions, which contributed to new client acquisitions. - Project Management: Supported and facilitated projects by applying effective management practices, including regular meetings to monitor progress and efficiency, defining execution methodologies, and ensuring continuous feedback loops. Focused on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and aligned with stakeholders’ expectations and strategic goals.

With a focus on practical and strategic solutions, this program prepares professionals to address environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges within organizations. It equips participants to work in private companies, consulting firms, the public sector, and NGOs, with strong emphasis on ESG compliance, sustainability reporting, ESG risk management, and decision-making guided by sustainable criteria. I developed skills in managing ESG indicators (KPIs), socio-environmental risk analysis, GRI/TCFD/SASB reporting, corporate governance, ESG compliance, sustainable finance, and stakeholder management. I also deepened my knowledge in the SDGs, diversity and inclusion, corporate ethics, and sustainable strategy. Offered by FGV, this course bridges theory and practice through a distinguished faculty, preparing professionals to lead sustainable transformation in organizations and meet the expectations of investors, regulators, and society.

Structured as a multidisciplinary program, the curriculum integrates courses in Political Science, Economics, International Law, History, and ESG, with a strong focus on geopolitics, foreign trade, and global governance. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in seminars and hands-on projects that simulate the daily work of multilateral organizations, export companies, and government agencies. The program places a strong emphasis on developing analytical skills and proficiency in at least two languages, preparing graduates for careers in diplomacy, international consulting, market intelligence, and global value-chain management.

I’m honored to have been awarded the ELAP (Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program) Scholarship by the Government of Canada, which enabled me to spend a transformative semester at Concordia University of Edmonton. During my time in Edmonton, I deepened my language skills by studying French and German—an immersion that not only sharpened my communication abilities but also broadened my cultural perspective. I also had the privilege of taking a course in Strategic Global Leadership, where I collaborated with peers from around the world on real-world case studies and leadership simulations. I’m proud to share that I graduated with a 3.8 GPA (out of 4.0), well above the university average, and received a personal letter from Concordia’s President in recognition of my academic performance.

Pursuing a Bachelor's in International Relations at Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco marked the beginning of a truly transformative academic and professional journey. The multidisciplinary program provided a strong foundation in politics, economics and international law, with a focus on geopolitics and global cooperation. In my penultimate semester, I was awarded the ELAP (Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program) scholarship by the Government of Canada, which enabled me to study for one semester at Concordia University of Edmonton, in Alberta. With a GPA of 3.8/4, I was honored with a letter of recognition from the university's President for my outstanding academic performance. This international experience was key to expanding my global perspective, strengthening my ability to thrive in multicultural environments, and reaffirming my commitment to advancing sustainable and impactful solutions.
