Began as a hostess, greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming and uplifting environment in the restaurant as well as addressing their seating requirements and organizing the layout of the restaurant. Managed waitlists reaching up to two hours. Promoted to serving after two weeks; addressing the wants and needs of guests through good, kind service. Simultaneously managed upwards of seven parties' food and beverage orders. Memorized dietary restriction information on the menu and ensured guests left satisfied.

Created and modified Excel sheets to input in the Salesforce CRM company account. Put together pitches for new real estate investment opportunities and presented to the officers of the company. Licensed the company to lend commercially in 6 US states through researching, completing forms, and contacting lawyers.
