Conducted a SWOT analysis of the acquisition of ABI over Grupo Modelo and presented it to the Director of Finance and Administration - Delivered a presentation on a 5-year forecast in terms of volume, sales and profitability of the 5 main brewers, Grupo Modelo included, to an audience of Vice Presidents and the CEO of the company. This presentation helped top executives make strategic decisions for the company - Conducted a footprint and strategy analysis of the four main brewers worldwide: ABI, SAB Miller, Carlsberg and Heineken. These profiles are used as a database to support many areas of the company for an easy and quick access to specific information about the competitors - Coordinated the two annual events of the company where only VPs and the CEO are invited. Assisted in the presentation of financial forecasts, beverage trends, marketing campaigns of the main brewers and annual strategic reports

* Developed a packaging optimization plan for all products sold at Price Clubs; resulting in cost savings of over $500,000 Euros annually * Reduced 67% of the ice-cream warehouse inventories within 3 months by optimizing the demand and production plans * Planned two packaging expositions; this gave the company an increase of 4% more joint offer * Developed a workshop to ease the communication lines between supply chain and marketing. As a result, a 5- day reduction on the overall joint offer process was observed * Daily used Microsoft Project to coordinate the stages of the Joint Promotion and deliver them to the Distribution Center in optimal time and form.
