I had HR leadership responsibility for GE's Business Development organization, including the HR workstreams supporting 2018 asset disposition activity and the transition of the Corporate and Horizontal organizations.

I was responsible for the design and implementation of research based interventions and talent practices in support of inclusion and diversity across GE. This included the development of people leader forums focused on perspective-taking and accountability.

I served as the senior HR partner to GE's CFO, providing strategic HR leadership to 16,000 finance employees across the company. My focus areas included capability development, talent management, leadership development and succession planning for segment level CFO, controllership and tax leadership positions. I had functional oversight of two premier leadership development programs; Financial Management Program (FMP), and the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS).

I led HR for the nuclear advanced reactor and services joint venture between GE and Hitachi; accountable for 3,000 employees in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia.

I had responsibility for GE Capital's global diversity and inclusion strategy (55,000 employees in 50+ countries) while also leading the business' corporate citizenship program.

I oversaw HR for the ad sales, integrated marketing and research organizations.

I was the HR Leader for NBC Universal's newly created digital media organization. I oversaw the infusion of digital capability through successful recruitment of external product development, content/programming, business development, distribution, revenue and marketing digital talent. I also led the HR business development and integration processes for a $600M digital business acquisition.

I was the HR leader for a stand alone Duopoly TV station.
