🔶 Team Leader Purchase Pricing Department Lead and support a team of pricing specialists, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier pricing data. Develop and deliver pricing analyses for Category Managers across all regions where our services are provided. Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights. Ensure compliance with internal pricing procedures and supplier agreements. Continuously optimize pricing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and visibility. 🔶 Stock Cleaning Management: Regularly audit and clean inventory records to eliminate obsolete, inactive, or duplicate stock items. Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and warehouse teams to validate and update item statuses. Support disposal or reallocation of excess and slow-moving stock through structured reporting and process improvements. 🔶 Scrapping (Verschrottung) Process Management: Initiate and manage the scrapping process for items deemed unusable or obsolete, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place. Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure correct accounting treatment and inventory valuation adjustments. Ensure that all scrapping activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and local regulations. Monitor scrap trends and propose process improvements to reduce waste and optimize inventory health. 🔹 Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of scrapped items, reasons for disposal, and financial impact. Prepare regular reports on scrapping activities for internal stakeholders and audits.

Manage, organize and validate large volumes of data related to purchase prices Preparing pricing analyses for Category Managers based on the countries where our services are offered Work with cross-functional business partners as well as internal team members; keep contact with the suppliers (price quotation, renegotiation) Support tasks for the operative purchasing team Solve problems related to purchase prices

Verifying invoices (received in electronic format) from the suppliers and registering them in the system Verifying order confirmations, delivery terms Solving problems, which may appear during the verifying process of the invoices/ orders Communication with the stakeholders (purchase and logistic departments) via email and phone
