For the Belgium site (Remi Claeys Aluminium, 200 employees), act as HR manager. For the Business Area Sapa Precision Tubing, I participated to the preparations of the joint venture between Hydro and Sapa: communication, selection of key positions, practical organization, implementation of Sapa values and policies. After the merger, September 2013, my main focus was to downsize the European activities from 4 plants to 2 plants. Activities from the plants in Germany and UK, were incorporated into the Belgian plant.
