In Aftercare, I work directly with patients who are in the early stages of Schizophrenia and collect data on how Aftercare's implemented treatments are affecting their management of their mental condition. Our team meets with patients during month 0, 3, 6, and 12 of their treatment program to conduct body composition analyses, fitness assessments, and computerized cognitive testing with patients in person to track their progress and treatment outcomes from Aftercare's program.

At CityWide Ambulance, my primary objective was to provide exceptional prehospital care and clinical monitoring for patients during inter-facility transports and to ensure timely and coordinated handoffs to receiving medical teams. I primarily worked with hospital discharges and dialysis patients, gaining valuable experience of becoming comfortable with working with patients, reviewing and interpreting patient's medical histories, and understanding structures and best-policy in patient care.

In creating IzzNails, my objective is to aide fellow young women in expressing themselves at affordable prices. My responsibilities include setting and managing appointments, bookkeeping, custom nail art designs, and routine disinfection/cleaning after appointments. I prioritize not simply customer satisfaction, but instead adoration, because as a detail-oriented person I believe that every small feature contributes to crafting an unforgettable experience for my clients.

At High Ground Coffee House, there is no designated cook, barista, or cashier. In result of this, I became highly proficient in adapting to what demands of me and efficiently multi-tasking in scenarios where we were short handed. As a cashier, it was my goal to make customers feel welcomed through a positive demeanor. Likewise, I strove to assist customers in selecting their perfect drink through my comprehensive familiarity with our drink and food menu. As barista and cook, in order to keep up with the high-traffic periods, working on multiple orders at once was a necessity. Additionally, when I had a co-worker assisting me in getting orders out, effective communication and collaboration were key in helping us deliver top-quality products to our waiting customers.

At Vivante on the Coast's Memory Care unit, I was responsible for feeding fifty residents with various intellectual disabilities such as dementia and Alzheimers disease. With the residents' unpredictable behaviors, I was required to be on high alert and have a watchful eye in order to ensure their safety in the dining hall. In an event of an behavioral episode, quick collaboration with the caregivers was indispensable in order to effectively defuse incidents.
