• Partner with the Account Manager/Service Delivery Manager to grow the client’s contract staffing business in the U.S. and to plan and execute recruiting strategies. • Coordinate with clients to understand recruitment needs and place the best available talent in the market. • Refer to the corresponding VMS portal for jobs to work on and submit candidates to the said portal after SDM approval. • Source and grow the applicant pool by utilizing various methods of candidate mining such as web searches, use of job boards and business social media, networking, and referral requests. • Utilize applicant tracking software to identify candidates and record all recruiting-related activities. • Prepare and maintain recruiting reports to track applicant processing, applicant flow, recruiting progress, and overall production. • Perform candidate phone interviews and other types of preliminary qualification processes to identify top talent. • Present qualified applicants to hiring managers and schedule interviews. Initiate job offers and assist candidates with the client’s onboarding and hiring procedures. • Monitor candidate progress through the VMS portal and keep candidates updated on their application status through weekly candidate maintenance. • Assist billing contractors with post-hire concerns such as attendance, timekeeping, payroll, and appropriate coaching, among others. • Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with candidates and client companies.

•Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc. •Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews. •Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers. •Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building. •Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
