As Unit Safety Representative: Conduct regular inspections of facilities, work spaces, and industrial environments to ensure compliance with OSHA and USAF Safety standards. Conduct regular trainings and briefings with all organization personnel to ensure proper knowledge of all required USAF safety elements. Maintain digital forms, documentation, and training information of all unit members. Complete all documentation of any workplace inspections, mishaps, or reports. Conduct annual review of entire Unit Safety program to ensure compliance with USAF standards. Accomplishments: As new USR, spearheaded transition of safety program into digital documentation, bringing failing program up to 100% inspection pass in less than 6 months. As Suicide Prevention/SAPR Program Manger: Ensure entire organization is properly trained on the USAF Suicide Awareness and Sexual Assault Prevention Response programs. Conduct regular training sessions including briefings and group discussions. Ensure training material compliance with USAF standards. Ensure proper documentation of all training completed by organization members.

C-130 Communications, Navigations, and Electronic Warfare Technician and Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force Reserves. Serves in a full-time capacity (Active Guard/Reserve). Job Description: Operate and maintain communication, navigation and mission systems, diagnose malfunctions using schematics and wiring diagrams, inspect and verify operational status and configuration of avionics systems and software, establish methods and performance standards, and supervise and assist in aircraft ground servicing and launch/recovery. Lead a team of combined Reserve and Active Duty Airmen, ensuring team member compliance with all rules, regulations, standards, appointments, and training requirements.
