The Board provides overall oversight to the operations of ActionAid Rwanda.

I am responsible for finding consulting opportunities for the company and gathering the required resources to execute the assignment. I am responsible for all the deliverables.

Share project management updates in Rwanda and East Africa Region to the rest of Project Management Practitioners around the world. Share project management knowledge and experiences through writing project management related articles. My main objective is to show case project management in Rwanda with the goal to advance the profession in Rwanda and also attract investors in Rwanda.

* Resource Mobilization Planning * Resource Mobilization and Proposal Development * Donor Relations and Grants Management * Management, Governance and Human Resources Management * Operations and External Relations * Deputizing the Chief Executive Officer.

Provide overall strategic advice and support to the Minister of Education in delivering the mandate of the Ministry of Education of the Government of Rwanda.

Coordination of implementation of SCBI program: Work closely with the RDB focal point for SCBI, heads of RDB units under SCBI program, RDB human resource department and RDB procurement unit in order to ensure timely implementation of different activities under this program. Human resources support: Provide support to human resources department on local and international staff recruitment under SCBI, including drafting of TORs, advertising and selection of candidates. Procurement: Work hand in hand with RDB Procurement unit in order to ensure that all hardware equipment required for the implementation of the program come on time and dispatched accordingly. Support RDB departments in the procurement process for specific consultancies and other projects under SCBI. Monitoring and Evaluation: Work closely with Planning Unit in order to ensure that SCBI reach its goal of driving increased domestic and foreign investment in Rwanda by closely monitoring the program and its results.

* As an International Correspondent: * Shared with the rest of the world about project management practice in Rwanda. * Attracted foreign investors to Rwanda in areas key for Rwanda's development. * Reviewed and provided input to project management articles and other publications.

Ensure that contracts for products and/or services are fulfilled to the satisfaction of the customer and Ericsson. Responsible for managing projects towards their goal in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality. This includes monitoring and controlling project progress and deliveries, and focusing on the needs and priorities of the customer and other important projects' stakeholders.

Administration and implementation of program strategies, adapts processes and procedures. Provide effective support to the program for strengthening good governance. Provide administrative support to the Democratic Governance Unit. Support in the creation of strategic partnerships and implementation of the resource mobilization strategy.

Visiting lecturer at INILAK (Faculty of Economic Sciences, Department of Management) from 2003 to 2009. Courses taught included General Mathematics, Principles of Statistics and Financial Mathematics.

* Major responsibility was to provide technical support to the program units in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Plan Youth Empowerment Programs. * Major achievements include: * Contributed to the elaboration of Plan Rwanda Country Strategic Plan (2008- 2012). * Led the development of the Country Program for the Youth Empowerment Program.

* Major responsibilities included facilitating baseline surveys and Participatory Rural Appraisals, analyze the information and prepare proposals and concept papers to raise funds for projects, designing and reviewing project/program design documents, participate in program planning. * Major Achievements Include: * Wrote winning proposals and fundraised for over US $ 20 million to support projects/ programs in Rwanda from AusAid, US Department of Labor, USAID, CIDA and other private donors. * Led Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and authored over five PRA reports used in World Vision Rwanda programming. * Acted as Gender Focal Point and participated in a Gender Audit Exercise for World Vision Rwanda office. * Participated actively in World Vision East Africa Gender Network. * Trained staff and community members in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation, Log frame Analysis, PRAs,

* Raised over US $ 400,000 for World Vision Rwanda to start community development projects by writing winning proposals * Participated as a key member in the elaboration of the country strategic direction for World Vision Rwanda * Carried out a research and complied “A Quantitative and Qualitative Survey Checklist of the Selected Sectoral Areas: A Tool for Development Practitioners” * Performed very well and was recommended for a promotion to the post of Program Development Specialist.

* Facilitated travel arrangements for over 100 visitors coming to World Vision Rwanda and were all very happy * carried out a research of all the garages in Kigali and provided recommendation for the suitable garage to work with * introduced many control forms and documents for the effective transport management.
