I was the captain of my junior hockey team in the Minneapolis area. I was responsible with talking to officials, teammates and coaches. Making sure the team was ready before every game, pre-game speeches, and on time. I was responsible for all 28 players on my team. I would show around and introduce new players to the team. I was a roll model for kids in the community.

I was in charge of the rest of my fellow dancers. I was also in charge of solving problems among each other, and also in charge of communication with the director. I was in charge of leading gymnastics workouts and organizing team functions.

I was in charge of the players on my team, getting everyone motivated, leading stretches and off ice workouts and leading by example.

I was in charge of the Stock room. I would unload, unpack, sensor and organize all incoming new apparel. I worked with other team member to make sure the back room was organized at all times. I stocked the sales floor with full size runs.

I am currently in charge of the pro shop, making schedules for the associates, setting up events and managing events. I am doing everything that the golf pro does at the course and restaurant and making sure the business is run smoothly on a daily basis.

I was in charge training incoming staff, rearranging the store and making sure it was full. I was in charge of 12 people that worked every Sunday night to get the store to standard and full to start the next week.

I am a supervisor and sales manager. I am in charge of driving sales. If associates have questions we work together to answer them. I work with customers on finding products that suit their needs and create relationships to help in the future. I process and restock shipment, I also work over night to flip the store around when new product comes in. Re-forecasting sales and helping with schedule organization.
