• Managing and monitoring all necessary processes for the conversion of LNG Carriers into the desired Terminal Vessel (FSRU, FSU) within the scope of the determined design projects • Coordinating the communications of third parties and ensuring the necessary monitoring and control to complete the projects on time • Monitoring of approval processes after engineering design | Control of drawings and designs during the production phase • Monitoring and managing purchasing processes according to the project target delivery date • Managing the testing, delivery, and warranty processes of converted vessels • Providing solutions for various projects that the company wants to develop

• Completing the smooth voyage of the ship on time and delivering the transported cargo • Controlling the maintenance of equipment within the scope of planned maintenance and reporting to the office • Ensuring that the ship is always ready for the authorities of the ports of call and inspector organizations

• Ensuring the safe, secure and timely completion of the voyages of the ships and tugboats in charge • Ensuring that the ships and tugboats in charge pass the inspections successfully and completing the deficiencies, if any, within the specified period • Planning and realization of spare parts, service and port organizations for the timely scheduled maintenance of ships and tugboats • Solving emergencies/problems on ships and tugboats | Organizing dry dock and repair and maintenance processes of ships and tugboats • Planning new, environmentally friendly and strategic actions and creating the necessary investment budgets

• Completing the smooth sailing of the ship on time and delivering the transported cargo • Planning maintenance checks and reporting of equipment • Keeping the ship ready for inspections
