Supported a client specializing in LIDAR and autonomous sensing platforms in establishing global operations and launching serial production at various contract manufacturer locations worldwide. Core responsibilities included: • Project management within the Advanced Manufacturing department (project planning, scoping, budget forecasting, scheduling, tracking of invoices and payments, coordination of international freight and logistics, reporting). • Capital equipment procurement and management (pilot lines, manual assembly, automated high-volume manufacturing lines, end-of-line testing and calibration systems, tooling, fixtures, hardware, software, cleanroom). • Supplier development and management - internal and external coordination to meet planned timelines, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain quality. • Capital budget planning and control (project evaluation, budget approval, project cost control, financial budget reporting, asset management). Included involvement with operational budget estimates, personnel requirements, and comprehensive manufacturing capacity planning. • Development of processes and adaptation to the Automotive Quality Management System, IATF 16949:2016, and ISO 9001 standards. Provision of internal training and support for customer VDA 6.3 process audits. • Technical program management - interfacing with customers to convert their requirements and milestones into detailed execution plans for contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders. • Cross-functional support throughout all stages of industrialization.

Developed modular and van-based ambulances, executed chassis integration, designed structural reinforcements, and completed Body-In-White testing in accordance with FMVSS standards. Implemented new assembly methods to meet customer requirements. Provided production support for Final Assembly Value Stream. Core responsibilities included: preconstruction planning and research, project management, design for manufacturability and assembly, quality management, manufacturing process improvement, new product development, special requests assistance, ambulance configurations and construction, design optimization, electrical routing and auxiliary equipment coordination, HVAC systems, installation, cost reduction studies.
