• Having 16.9 years of experience in Medical Complex, Airport, Power Plant, Substation, Residential Complex, Utility Building, Tunnel, Recreational Building and Infrastructure Construction Projects. • Versed in MEP Consultant, EPC Contractor, Design Engineering, Material Engineering, Site Supervision, Quality Management and Thermal / Combined Cycle Power Plant Engineering. • Supervise and administer major engineering projects from its Feed packages issuances to Construction of the projects as per applicable legal and supervisory specifications in a given time and within expense. • Responsible as front end for presentation to the management, technical/site meeting, progress meeting and material review / approval for Client’s, Consultant’s and Subcon’s. • Balance project management and project leadership skills, involving design & development, developing detailed drawing for fabrication as well as coordinating with the other disciplines’ services. • Lead interdisciplinary teams of professional engineers and associates, with the knowledge and versed, joining affirmative development, sustainability, green building and energy efficient. • Validate the consultant’s proposal and ensure compliance with project quality plan (QPP) and Inspection test plan (ITP), along with codes of safety and stability for acceptance. • Resolve engineering queries, technical submittals, products inspection, letter replies and As-Built to guarantee adherence to project specification, snagging and project handover. • Expert in QA/QC procedures, inspection request, test plan, scrutiny drawings, specifications, comment inspections, evaluate quality and standards. • Direct and manage resources, commercial, technical deliverables, effective time management, planning, in coordination with project manager and other disciplines as required. • Review all scope of Electrical drawings/designing using software’s ETAP, DiaLUX and Calculux. • Competent use of relevant software such as PCM, Group Wise, MS Office Suite and others. • Inspect security, health and safety, also organizing materials at site. • Vendor technical support coordination ensuring desired quality / production scheduling. • Team oriented, effective communicator with excellent analytical, creativity and innovation skills. • Well versed with Local and International standards like IEC, IEEE, CIBSE, NFPA70, SEC, SAES, and NEC, and GACA. • Continuing professional developments ‘international best practices’, improvement of business process, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
