Instructional design project for Porta Mosana College in collaboration with the university's PREMIUM Honors Programme (Highly selective, extracurricular program of Maastricht University geered toward improving employability of graduates, presenting the opportunity to work during the studies and to relate to societal problems). - High school project focused on the Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDG’s) - Developing and facilitating a training programme aimed at high school students on how to use Artificial Intelligence Toolkits, based on the ADDIE Model [Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate]. - Applying Self Determination Theory as the educational framework. The aim is to not only teach technical skills, but to empower students to engage ethically with AI and enhance their learning experience.

- Worked with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) system - Tutored in the courses of systemic coaching, self-regulation, bad habits, planning behaviour change programms, and manipulation

- Worked in two jobs for four months, in order to provide for my studies in the Netherlands the year of 2023-2024 -Solely responsible for running the bar and inventory management - Responsible for team cohesion, coordination, and possible dispute solver

-Supported non typical educational actions at a secondary school from a low socioeconomic status - Interacted with children’s parents, in order to discuss their progress and potentials, as well as steps they could make so they could get closer to their children

- Collected information on human rights education methods, social group inequalities, and tolerance levels in different regions in the partner countries - Developed and disseminated practical guidance on working with young people to build positive social relationships between different social groups

- after volunteering from 2010-2013, I started working on Y.M.C.A summer camp and winter programs - responsible for creating, structuring and running activities, and everyday responsibilities - led a big group of children (aged 4-18), throughout their everyday activities in the summer camp - designed and facilitated workshops on communication, trust, leadership, and team-building for children and young adults. - participated in environmental and refugee programs

MSc Honours ''PREMIUM is Maastricht University’s Honours programme for high-performing, motivated master’s students. Once selected, students are grouped together in interdisciplinary teams and given a project to complete for a client from the (local) business or government sector under the guidance of a project mentor. Alongside their project, students receive individual coaching focused on personal competence development.
