The role required management of the day to day operations. Among other duties, I was responsible for monitoring the efficiency and efficacy of government programs, internal and external stakeholder liaison, supervision of staff and the design of a large change management process.

In this position I was required to provide high level research and analysis and quality advice to senior management.

A role that focused on service development advice through policy analysis and service evaluation. Continuous improvement principles, participatory action research and Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) were the foundations used to support the organization to address service development and service users' integration in the organization and the community.

Managed a large state-wide project in Aged Care. The project was auspiced by the Uniting Church Synod of Victoria and Tasmania. It involved all community aged care providers in Victoria under the church umbrella. Organisations part of the project included Wesley Mission, Uniting Aged Care, Prahran Mission and Unitincare Community Options. The project aimed at assisting senior managers of UnitingCare organisations in Victoria to develop and implementation quality improvements systems. An important aspect of the project was around the creation of efficiencies through service planning, innovation, coordination and development.
