I worked on a luxury property management platform that includes features such as rent payments, service requests, amenity reservations, parking pass issuance, and community news updates. My role focused on end-to-end QA, where I designed and executed comprehensive test scenarios for each feature. This included functional testing, UI validation, and API testing to ensure all core system functionalities met the defined acceptance criteria. I created and maintained test cases for both resident and associate platforms, implementing automation using WebDriver / WebdriverIO / Cypress. For API testing, I worked with MochaJS, Chai, and Postman. I also used JMeter for performance testing. On the CI/CD side, I worked with Jenkins to support deployments from development to QA, trigger automated test runs, and generate test reports using Allure. For test management and collaboration, I used JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr Scale to manage test cases, track defects, and validate new features against requirements.

Luxury property Management system This product is a product to manage luxury properties with features like Pay Rent, Submit Service Request , Reserve Amenity Spaces, Submit Service Request, Issue a Parking Pass, View Community News. Those features are the features I have worked to create test cases, to validate UI, to validate API. This is a financial, payment and ticketing application dedicated for all aspects of live contemporary music performances. On that project: I have been testing the whole logic of all financial parts of the app and partly the frontend part. I have tested functionalities like make a payment, add a check, check summary cost details, add banks, check settlements, venues, tours and all other stuff. I have created test cases on automation for end to end testing using Selenium Java. I have done API testing using postman. I have performed and triggered a lot of queries for backend testing using SQL My responsibilities on this project: Report bugs on Jira during regression, Prepare Test Scripts Prepare Test Cases Perform end to end testing from the event creation until the check confirmation to make sure that datas are stored correctly on database.
