* Responsible for integrity of employee and organizational information, perform system administration role through set up, including systems such as ADP Enterprise, Kronos, eAppraisal, Oracle, and job description database. * Perform data audits and analysis, develop standardized and ad hoc reports to support HR operations, compliance, and decision-making. * Assist with system planning, controls, testing and implementation of HR solutions as well as advise HR users on systems, programs and interpretation of policies. * Identify and recommend process improvements, investigate when issues come up and facilitate resolutions. * Assist with HR special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Work closely with HR business partners to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions.
