• I designed and delivered the EMEA International Tax and Legal Academies for target audience of 600+ people for the partners and staff using virtual/digital delivery methods (3 times per year in European locations) in a line with the L&D strategy. • I built strong relationships with the EMEA TLS network leaders and external providers. • I participated in the Global Tax network calls by presenting the up-to-date status on the current TLS L&D initiatives and delivered programs. • I built strong relationships with international tutors for EMEA TLS cross-network services and designed and implemented tutors’ development pathway which resulted in more value to the clients, getting higher tutors’ evaluation rating and building excellent team spirit. • I developed new skills of digital technologies and adapted the formats of delivery to leverage the latest technology being able to influence the global TLS initiatives with L&D consultancy to the network leaders. • I built strong cross-functional relationships, participated in the performance review process of the junior team members. • I reconsidered L&D budget of 55K+ Euro to virtual formats of programs by predicting the changes and be able to meet future needs which resulted in ability of delivering virtual programs on-target.

The main areas of her professional expertise and interests include: • Leading CEE TLS L&D CoE (Centre of Excellence): setting up a strategy, making organization chart and job description of team members, virtual team management, creating learning model for territories, communicating with people of different positions including top management, finding appropriate ways of learning methods, promotion of learning opportunities, improving tutor quality and recognition, budget management, working with providers on best solutions, being able to quickly adopt to the situation, being flexible and versatile to changes • Cooperation with PwC top leaders across PwC global network: advising management on best learning opportunities by phone & mail, informing on the results on monthly basis, mutual cooperation on producing strategy-based solutions with monthly reports and follow-ups, comparing learning opportunities with competitors • Project Management: Irina has a vast experience of having ownership and leading and making project management of large scale L&D events abroad (in Georgia, Turkey, Bucharest, Poland) for more than 1 000 people, including program management with participants & tutors’ coordination and with communication with PwC management and external providers on best learning solutions • Training design and delivery: communication skills, presentation skills, influencing skills, instructing skills (train the trainer course), time management skills, building effective relationships with internal clients, leading teams, feedback skills, conflict management, SDI tool for teams, facilitation skills (providing facilitation for teams, leaders, clients) Irina has experience of delivering courses in various Russian PwC offices (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan) and abroad (Georgia, Czech Republic, Bucharest, Lithuania) in Russian and in English.

• Working with travel providers and hotel management: by making an education in Turkey (for several times) for more than 1 000 Moscow participants with duration for 1 month. • The main responsibilities included cooperation with travel providers on best options of hotels, making a benchmarking of hotels, visiting hotels and running negotiations with hotel management, participants’ and tutors’ management (more than 50 tutors), managing cancellations, logistics of the events (13 events running at the same time during 1 month), follow ups, making statistics on attendance, course rates, informing leadership on results based on thorough analysis
