Conducted a site visit at respective health clinics to perform site inspection before deploying and installing lab information system (LIS). Met with client to sort out the details such as lab test data and reference doctor before performing the deployment at the clinics. A user training also had been conducted to guide the user before going live with the LIS. Interfacing and mapping also had to be done between the PC and the machine to retrieve data from machine to the PC assisted by Back-End Engineer. Provided timely user guidance and technical assistance. Provided L2 technical support and troubleshooting assistance for the system

• Front-End Development Created interactive user interfaces and web apps by using ReactJS to utilise on the front-end development. Visual Code Studio was used to construct the pages by combining ReactJS and JavaScript. Data used for the pages is written as a JSON data and would be called with an API. • Back-End Web Development Developed simple project using Visual Code Studio, while the database is employed using Xampp and phpMyAdmin on a localhost. • System Integration Testing (SIT) Completed a module of SIT on the MAE SG project before the deployment of the application. To ensure that the application could function properly, the team had to always be aware of the project's status. Each member of the SIT team engaged the developer team on a personal basis. Proficient in Agile methodologies, enhancing team efficiency. Employ a methodical and solution-focused approach to troubleshoot issues.

•Maintaining store to standards, including stocking & cleaning. •Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service. •Processing refunds & exchanges, resolving complaints.

•Serve all customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensured that food was hot, served quickly and neatly presented. •Provided all customers with accurate ordered, included condiments as required for their meal. •Kept the Dining area free from litter and cleaned all surfaces regularly. •Answered customer queries or promptly direct customer complaints to the manager. •Recognised and acted on individual customer needed e.g. parents with children, elderly and disabled customers.
