Further Repair and Refurb strategies developed region wise by identifying local R&R. The work involves immense interaction with Design Engineers, material program managers, program managers, supply chain management, IP and Legal teams. Worked with Spares Engineering team towards field failure analysis for spares. This included subjecting defective spares to various tests at labs across Bangalore and analyzing the results. Worked on ECO and ESW processes, and optimization of the same at client location " Applied Materials" ITPL, Involved in streamlining of the ESW process within a business group of Applied Materials. Tools utilized: Unigraphics NX3, UG Team Center, Lotus, Oracle and SAP databases.

Roles and Responsibilities: Worked for both CAD team and Product development team. Work for CAD team involves Solid modeling of Pump casings and water filtration equipment using Solidworks, it includes assembly, detailing, development of parametric BOM, configurations and basic analysis. The work involved intensive reverse engineering of Pump components and castings and also value addition to the products. Work for PD involved manual calculation of different forces on prototype setups of equipments and units. It involved simulation of products in actual conditions and calculations of the forces involved and generating results (i.e., assuming or predicting problems in new and competitors products and providing solutions the mathematical way) to provide answers to the global R&D team in America.

Roles and Responsibilities: Work at TTK involves developing new product and modifying old ones to meet the current market demand. Develop Technical cycle files for new products and old which include generating new drawings (using ProE and AutoCAD) for the latest Models of cookers and cookware, generating test requirements, BOM, Validation of new designs and modifications, vendor interaction for production of sample products and pilot batch productions (both in house and at vendor place)
