Serve as Project Manager for infrastructure projects, bridges, mid-rise and high-rise commercial and residential projects . The roll and responsibility involve the following but not limited to : supervise and coordinate the preparation of project proposal, supervise and coordinate with the client estimators and prepare budget estimate, supervise and coordinate overall planning, project scheduling and preparation of Gantt Chart, analyse the critical path for the project, contract administration and QC\QA during project execution, supervise and coordinate planning to adjust unanticipated changes in scope, materials and equipement, review the construction change orders to ensure compliance with project budget and provide full technical support to the design consultant and contractors during the planning and construction phase of the project, and reviews work of third party, conduct frequent site inspection and review the health and safety plans, quality control and quality assurance plans and reports throughout the project period, close project or phase and close procurements, maintaining project records including drawings, specifications and financial reports and provide lesson learn report.

• Worked on the project “TEFRACEM (a project of Brussels Region)” related to valorization of MSWI fly ashes as cementitious materials in concrete. My role was to establish whether this material may be used in concrete without major compromises on its properties
