Averus Group is a management services organization supporting healthcare operations across California. Our portfolio includes Cerebral Health, Magnolia Hyperbarics, and Pacific Neuroscience Center - each delivering specialized neurological care, rehabilitation, and diagnostics to the communities they serve. I oversee all human resources functions across every entity in the portfolio such as recruitment, onboarding, retention, compliance, performance management, and culture. Whether we're hiring clinical specialists for neurodiagnostic programs, rehabilitation therapists for hyperbaric centers, or operations staff to support multi-site growth, it runs through me. I work directly with leadership to align every hire with where the organization is headed. I've built the policies, compliance frameworks, and performance systems that keep our operations running cleanly across multiple locations and entities. Each company under Averus has its own clinical focus and culture, and I tailor our HR approach to match while maintaining the consistency and standards that a growing healthcare organization requires. As we expand across California, I lead the hiring strategy to scale our teams without compromising on the quality of people or care. I take ownership of the environment we create and making sure it's one that talented healthcare professionals want to be part of long-term.

I managed clinical rehabilitation operations, including neurofeedback therapy programs where I created personalized protocols based on patients' qEEGs and symptom profiles to optimize brainwave regulation. I developed and delivered training programs for new therapists covering neurological equipment operation, clinical procedures, and case management to ensure consistent, high-quality care across the team. I also oversaw patient care reporting, therapy quality assurance, and insurance billing documentation to maintain compliance standards.

I performed patient intake and delivered vestibular, visual, and proprioceptive therapies for patients with traumatic brain injuries, strokes, autism, and other neurological conditions. I built personalized care plans tailored to each patient's neurological profile and recovery goals. This role gave me a firsthand understanding of what clinicians need from their organization to deliver effective patient care - a perspective that now shapes how I approach HR.

I delivered emergency medical care under high-pressure conditions, making rapid clinical assessments and executing care plans in real time. I worked within state, regional, and local regulatory standards while maintaining composure and clear communication with patients and bystanders during crisis situations.
