At Lufthansa I was responsible for overtaking all passenger related tasks at check-in, gate and service center - included re-routing and re-booking in case of disruptions. Provided exceptional service to passengers, resolving issues quickly and ensuring a positive experience even in high-traffic days. Proposed a solution to improve an inefficient check-in process, which was adopted at Munich and Frankfurt airports, resulting in cost savings of thousands of euros per month.
