* Identify and assess business and financial risks in the ASIA region * Independently evaluate the reliability and integrity of the company’s control environment * Diagnose operational/financial risks and identify opportunities for improvement * Perform investigation on violation of company policies and any fraud related issues * Serve as technical resource to the finance community * Ensure compliance with established company procedures and policies * Ensure that transactions are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles * Conduct SOX training and review SOX audit results

* Design audit strategy, planning and execution of financial audits; * Proficient in fixed assets, investment, inventory, accounts receivables, deposits and prepayments, intercompany balances, accounts payables, cash, revenue, payroll, finance and operating expenses and tax. * Perform full range of audit work including design of risk matrix, planning the engagement, budgeting, drafting financial statements, analysis of variances, vouching, walkthrough, controls testing, reporting to holding company and consolidation. * Perform group consolidations involving overseas subsidiaries and which include liaising with reporting auditors and overseas management and communicated any findings with group management on a timely basis * Perform special audit work for acquisition, Japan Sox audit * Review work done by associates, financial statements prepared by clients * Update client on new standards and application, such as SFRS, IAS and IFRS * Liaise with managers, partners and client management on audit issues/findings

* Perform financial audit for manufacturing company * Perform internal audit for both manufacturing and construction company * Perform due diligences audit * Prepare reports and present audit findings to clients * Audit Portfolio includes manufacturing, property development, and trading company
