Daily/weekly/monthly self audit and review based on internal audit requirement which report directly to CHK regional office. Consistent (monthly) follow up all outstanding control deficiencies until completed. Close all recommendations from internal auditors within 3 months or before the agree target date of implementation. Review key corporate and site policies with new staff of SSC. Ensure 100% review balance sheet reconciliation in accordance with corporate policies. Develop training plan for all SSC staff, Arrange team building training activities. Work with SH SSC to strength the training material for each task Assist regional office to develop and deliver KPI . Purchase of stationery and office fixed asset. Maintain SSC fixed asset record

* Main responsibility: * CDA Shanghai plant SAP implementation project manager -- Project assessment and preparation , Team established, Project planning and time scheduling, System testing and Post go-live support. * IS security/Compliance and role management-- China SAP account management * China Compass V4 data clearing and migration for PP, MM,Purchasing, Sales.., and consistency Check.
