Direttrice del Deposito Costiero di Attilio Carmagnani "AC" Spa Vicepresidente Piccola Industria CONFINDUSTRIA GENOVA Presidente Gruppo Prodotti chimici ed energetico petroliferi, Confindustria Genova Sono entrata in azienda nel 2010 con l’obiettivo di rilanciare l’attività ed ho assunto il ruolo di Direttrice del Deposito Costiero nel 2014. Da subito ho iniziato il passaggio da impianti esclusivamente manuali a sistemi di automazione con controlli in remoto in linea con le indicazioni di industria 4.0, ho potenziato la sensoristica, installato nuovi sistemi di misura automatici con monitor di controllo. La formazione del personale alle nuove procedure, il lavoro di squadra per la prevenzione degli infortuni sul lavoro e gestione delle emergenze, la crescita di competenze richieste dall’applicazione delle norme per la sicurezza, la protezione dell’ambiente, la salvaguardia della salute fanno parte della mia quotidianità. Grazie a questo sforzo oggi siamo un esempio di impresa che opera in mercati tradizionali che utilizza l’attività di ricerca ed innovazione per proiettarsi verso il futuro. Le sfide che tutti i giorni affronto riguardano la gestione di un’azienda a rischio di incidente rilevante in un contesto urbano: un impianto Seveso di soglia superiore per la tipologia dei prodotti che movimentiamo (chimici, infiammabili, pericolosi per l’ambiente). Ricopro il ruolo di Direttrice dei lavori per i cantieri che portano avanti gli investimenti del Deposito Costiero. Per gestire l’invecchiamento degli impianti metto in atto attività di controllo e monitoraggio e sono alla costante ricerca di soluzioni che mi permettano di trovare metodi per una manutenzione predittiva che ci aiuti ad operare in modo efficiente e sicuro. In ambito associativo promuovo la collaborazione con le aziende del comparto chimico e petrolifero a livello regionale, nazionale ed europeo con l’obiettivo di promuovere il ruolo di questo comparto nell’economia globale, di affrontare problemi comuni e di scambiare buone prassi. Seguo la transizione alla green economy e all'economia circolare che ci vede protagonisti nello stoccaggio di nuovi prodotti liquidi per l’industria del futuro. I prodotti che transitano nel deposito trovano applicazioni nell’industria farmaceutica, alimentare, agrotecnica, mineraria, della detergenza, nella produzione di resine, vernici, colle e plastificanti. Partecipo come coordinatrice dell'Advisory Board degli End User del progetto EU-CIP HORIZON per la verifica della resilienza di infrastrutture critiche ad attacchi cyber, boicottaggi e catastrofi naturali.
