- Developing marketing communication strategies for domestic&export markets - Leading and coordinating new decor selections and value added product researches - Responsible for creating and managing official socail media accounts - facebook and instagram accounts for ORMA (orma.kurumsal) and managing visual showroom (http://showroom.orma.com.tr) - Conducting frequent key customer visits, presenting new products and talking about trends in related markets, periodically all around Turkiye (well-known furniture manufacturers) - Organizing all the details for domestic and international exhibitions (such as; fair stands, katalogs, samples, promotional items...etc) - Market Research; Following closely competitors’ investments/new products/marketing strategies and all trends related to the market, (participating all domestic and leading international exhibitions is included, such as; IMM Cologne, Interzum, Salone Del Mobile, Ismob...etc) - Working in collaboration with Information Technologies Department for "Customized CRM System" and "Workflow System" - Working in collaboration with Human Resorces Department for "Suggestion and Reward System" - Preparing long-term and short-term Decor Paper sales forecasts and keeping a constant check on stock levels - Preparing design briefs, negotiate and prepare contracts with creative agencies

* New Decor Selection * Planning & Organizing All Design Projects. - Color Palet & Catalog Design - Designing a Visual showroom for smart device applications (http://showroom.orma.com.tr) - Email signature / Business card design - Fair stands design * Conducting frequent customer visits and making presentations to Product Development&Design teams (wood panel furniture manufacturers) * Responsible for Market researches, Trend analyses, New material researches, value added product development * Participating in furniture, furniture accessories and materials fairs, including international ones. ( İSMOB , İMOB, MODEF, ZOW , Intermob , Interzum , Milan Design Week , SALONE INTERNAZIONALE DEL MOBILE - International Furniture Fair , IMM Cologne, Maison Objet)

* Glassware Design ( with respect to material & production limits and opportunities ) (if needed, plastic accessories also) * Structural Package Design / Drawing Die cuts * Responsible for package sample request, control and approval (dimensions / resistance / material properties & lamination details) * Responsible for cost reduction projects of packages * 3D modelling & rendering * Glassware Mold Design * Product revisions ( revising 3D models) * Preparing visual presentations & Participating in Design Meetings * Working as an intercorporate consultant for suggestion and reward system * Participating in related fairs and organizations ( Milan Design Week, İstanbul Design Week, London Design Festival, Tüyap Package Fair, Home Style Expo İstanbul, Ambiante, Maison Objet ...etc.)
