My position requires a combination of leadership, technical expertise and compliance management. With certifications as a Professional Engineer (Ir), Registered Energy Manager (REM) and Radioactive Protection Officer (RPO), the individual demonstrates advanced competence in engineering, ISO certification standard, energy management and radiation safety. The managing oversees the operation and maintenance of key machinery and utility systems like electricity, water, steam and compressed air. I'm also drive energy-saving initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage the safe handling of radioactive materials, such as Krypton-85 used in quality control scanners (QCS). By leveraging my expertise, I'm lead technical teams, implement sustainable practices and execute large-scale projects to upgrade equipment and integrate advanced modern technologies. This role is essential in achieving operational efficiency, reducing costs and promoting sustainability within the paper mill while ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards. Through strategic vision, my position contributes significantly to Pascorp Paper Industries Berhad’s growth and alignment with industry best practices.
